Galina Serdtsev, PA-C

Certified Physician Assistant

Galina Serdtsev joined Bend Dermatology in 2022. She has nearly 20 years’ experience as a practicing PA-C in Medical and Cosmetic Dermatology. She received her Bachelor of Science degree and her Certificate of Physician Assistant Studies at Des Moines University in 2003. She obtained her NCCPA Certification shortly thereafter and continues to fulfill and uphold the rigorous requirements of this certification.

Galina is experienced in treating disorders of the skin, hair, and nails. Early in her career, Galina was involved in several clinical research studies. Practicing in the sunny states of Florida and Nevada, Galina was trained in the early detection of skin cancer. She has a special interest in surgical procedures and has worked side by side with both Mohs and plastic surgeons. This is where she acquired extensive experience in performing skin surgeries, advanced skin cancer surgeries, and post Mohs skin cancer reconstructions. In addition, Galina is experienced in treating patients for full face non-surgical cosmetic injections such as Botox and fillers. Galina has always enjoyed treating patients of all ages and loves the diversity that dermatology brings to her daily practice. She credits the success of her practice to her strong passion and commitment to her patients.

Galina grew up in Salem, Oregon and is an OSU alumna. She has moved back to the great state of Oregon to be closer to her family. Outside of her professional life, Galina is a retired national level fitness competitor and continues living an active and healthy lifestyle. She enjoys traveling, adventure trips, hiking, the great outdoors, spending time with family, friends and her two beautiful dogs. Her daily inspirational quote, “do what makes your soul happy!”
